A rude man blew smoke in my face for no reason after taking a puff off of his
stinky, nasty cigar. I pulled the cigar out of his mouth, acting in self-defense, and crushed the lipped end in his face, which caused him to fall
backwards into a thorny bush. The man was not injured or burned because I crushed the lipped end in his face. The resisting arrest charge was dismissed.
