An obnoxious, drunk manager of a comedy club near the University of Memphis spit on my shoes and said that I stole his parking place while I was getting out of my car. I pushed him down. The parking place was on the street and public. The drunk's car wasn't even on the street. He wanted the parking place for a friend of his and tried to get me to move my car. I told him that I wouldn't be but a few minutes and he could have the parking spot, but he went nuts on me and spit on my shoes. He called the police from the comedy club phone and said that I threatened him after I pushed him. I never threatened him, although I probably would have fractured his jaw if he had spit on me again.
